Start with a specific task

Finding an answer in documents, classifying requests and preparing a draft are different problems. We choose a bounded journey, review available data and agree on what a useful answer looks like. A test compares the current process with the proposed solution before expanding it.

What we can build

Assistants connected to agreed information, document search and automations that prepare or classify information. We can also incorporate AI into an app or an internal tool. The scope identifies inputs, outputs, integrations and actions that require a person’s review.

A test with real examples

We prepare representative examples: common cases, incomplete information and questions the system cannot answer. We review outputs against agreed criteria, record errors and define when the system should ask for help or decline to answer.

Evaluation is part of the handover. A single demonstration is not evidence that the system will handle every case.

Data, access and costs

We agree on which information may be used, who can access it and which providers are involved. We review data handling options and the chosen tools’ terms. Model, storage and integration costs are identified, along with usage limits you can review.

What we measure and how it runs

Depending on the task: accepted responses during review, observed errors, time per case and cost per operation. We agree on a monitoring sample and which changes require fresh evaluation. The handover explains how to update information, review failures and stop an automation when it needs attention.

Questions before starting

Do I need to train a model? Many tasks can be addressed by connecting existing tools with your data. We assess the journey and examples first.

Can it operate without review? We define what the system can do and what a person must approve based on the consequences of the task. Those limits are agreed before development.

How do I know whether to continue? Through a bounded test and acceptance criteria: response quality, time per task and cost. If it does not meet them, we review the approach before expanding.
